Magic the Gathering - beginners and experienced
A class for children interested in the Magic the Gathering card game. Experienced players or beginners welcome. It's a fun game that can build reading skills, organization, and strategic thinking. A warning: the art and subject matter on some of the cards can be gruesome or violent. It's also a game that encourages financial investment for players to improve their decks, though that's not required. I have free starter decks to give away for those children who do not have cards yet. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Minimum age for class is 8 years old.
