US History
- This class is a continuation of last semester's and last year's class. We will begin with World War 1 and continue through the Vietnam War and the Civil Rights Era. Howard Zinn's A Young Person's History of the United States is our primary textbook. We will cover one chapter every one or two weeks. Students are expected to read at home. Classtime is devoted to discussion, crafts, and games related to the readings. If your child is interested in this class, but has not taken the previous classes, please contact me before registration.
