I am expecting the following families:Ann M.KaraAndrea B.Steffa

Anyone is welcome to purchase tickets and join us.  Please send me an email if you do, so we can look out for you. anniemacintosh2@gmail.com

I talked to the village rep this morning. They are not accepting reservations for field trips at this time but we would be able to do a self guided tour just like everyone who visits.

They are currently open Wednesday’s though sundays until Labor Day and they are running a special ticket price. You can get up to three child (<17) admissions with one full price adult ticket ($28). Children under three are always free. This is good till Labor Day. Tickets must be reserved online  in advance but she felt we would have no problem being able to do that. They become available the Wednesday beforehand.

After Labor Day they will be open Friday through Sunday and we would qualify for a group rate which I believe will be $10/child and $15/adult.

There are three arrival time slots available, 10-11:30, 11:30-1, 1-2:30. Once you are in you can stay till they close at 5 but you have to arrive during your chosen slot. I would opt to choose the 11:30-1 time slot since it’s about 1.5-2hrs away from Ghent. The website says to plan two to three hours for your visit.

We can eat lunch there but NO reentry is allowed so you would need to bring it in with you upon arrival. According to the website there is limited food and ice cream available for purchase but no indoor seating.

 Bathrooms are available.

Masks must be worn when you are within 6 ft of anyone not in your immediate family.

According to the respective state websites people from NY can visit MA and vise versa without having to quarantine so we are good there.
